Current customers, alongside other companies in the e-commerce industry refer a company they believe would fit well into the Onport ecosystem.

The referral company is assessed and an initial conversation is had to see if they're the right fit. If there's a fit, we begin the onboarding process.

The referred company is then onboarded and is a live customer, the referee will receive a fee for making the connection.

Onport customers will receive 12% of the referred company's monthly subscription fee

If the referrer is not an Onport customer, they will receive 8% of the referred company's monthly subscription fee

Onport customers can receive their referral fee via bank transfer at a reduced rate of 8%

All referral fees will be paid for a period of 6 months
